A Start-up IVD company based in the US were looking to prepare the European market for the launch of a range of novel point of care diagnostics.

HMC analysed each of the of the top 5 EU markets and detailed the route to market for their unique diagnostic products in each.  Undertaking a feasibility study to illustrate market potential and disease area, developed logo, branding & marketing materials for European specific conferences.  Providing a corporate business plan, with routes to direct sales, distribution and commercial funding vehicles. The organisation is in the process of finalizing research, manufacturing and product development for a launch in Q4, 2017.
